So you can imagine, when I found a tool that talks about doing just that, my interest was piqued, and it’s the spotlight of the video today, Whelp.
Whelp is definitely a tool to keep an eye on. It’s an early-stage product, and they are tackling a huge challenge to provide omnichannel communication across sales, marketing, and support channels.
In this video, I set up a brand new Whelp account and step through all the features on the backend, including seeing what their chat set up looks like. I was impressed with the power present and the glimpses of features coming soon.
