SupportHero has one focus in life, to make a great customer experience when it comes to self-service support. And because of that, they have a solution which tend to be much better than chat, ticketing and help desk solutions that have a built-in knowledge article solution as an additional “feature.”
In this video, I do a walk through of the SupportHero interface and take a look at the support portal of my primary business, Yurbi.
