Helpwise provides your entire team a shared place to receive and respond to incoming emails (as well as Whatsapp, SMS, and social media messages). It’s a multi-channel support tool that gives you all the power of traditional support apps, such as internal notes, assignments, and workflow rules, but it combines those with a nice user-friendly user interface for team collaboration.

In this video, I set up a new Helpwise account and walk through the setup of the tool. I connect one of my incoming email queues and take a look at some of the features. Label me as impressed with Helpwise.
