Knowledge management is a critical focus for a growing company. Otherwise, you will have one central constraint in your business, the person who has all the answers (and no time to share).
The solution is a central place where knowledge is captured and shared but old legacy knowledge bases had one main flaw, they were updated by a central group (not decentralized) and they weren’t maintained or updated to verify the accuracy of the information.
Lots of new tools are coming out with new ideas for collecting, sharing, and collaborating on knowledge and this week’s video is one such tool, Sligrid.
